E-Register offers its users the convenient feature of Share Form. With Share Form, users can create a form for a register, share the link with external users, and collect data for the register. This feature is particularly useful for companies looking to gather data, feedback, and other information from their customers. E-Register provides multiple customization options while creating the Share Form, allowing users to tailor it to their specific needs and preferences.

Step 1: Click on the three-dot menu, and then click on 'Share Form Links'.

Step 2: Click on 'Generate Share Link'.

Step 3: The user can customize the form by picking the layout, cover image, background alignment, and custom thank you and link closed messages. Click on 'Next'.

Step 4: Enter a description and specify the closing date for the Share Form. You can also enable the option to manually close the form later by clicking the checkbox. Additionally, users have the option to limit the maximum number of entries, require users to log in for verification purposes, and allow multiple entries from the same device.

Step 5: The link can be accessed and shared from here.
